The project provides 260,000 sqm highest standard apartments for the client in Jinan, the capital of Shandong Province. It includes 1,362 apartments, a 24 classes high school, a club, restaurants, a fitness center and other commercial support facilities. The master plan concept comes from elements of Jinan -- the spring (City of Spring), the lotus (city flower), and the phoenix (the name
of the site mountain) In response to the surrounding and local urban images. The planning structure thus forms a flying phoenix shape which is used as the internal road system of the district, symbolizing the Chinese character “文”。The project also perfectly integrates the buildings into the complicated hilly site with about 70 meter height difference.
